photoDebbie Adams is a veteran homeschooler, having taught her sons Cody (12) and Cameron (10) in their classroom at home for six years. They live in the Racine-Kenosha area in Wisconsin.
photoJanet Chemotti has been the Library Media Specialist for nine years at West Genesee Middle School, with a population of 800 students in grades 6-8. The library is a very busy place - over 320 students use the facility daily!
photoRachel Driscoll teaches second grade at Acton Elementary School, a rural K - 8 school in southern Maine. She has also worked in Title 1 and Special Education programs. Acton Elementary was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.
Kim Clynch is a teacher of 7th and 8th grade reading at Harleton Junior High (1st-12th grade readers) in northeast Texas. Harleton ISD was rated Exemplary by TEA for 1999-2000 (TAAS scores) and earned special recognition in reading.
Diane Flynn Keith has homeschooled her two sons for nine years. She is also the Editor of HomeFires - a homeschooling periodical. She is a popular speaker at homeschool events and conferences and is a writer.
Deborah Locke has been Library Media Specialist at Westbrook High School in Westbrook, Maine, for over 20 years, following 6 years at Woodbury Middle School in Connecticut.
Cynthia Graves is newly retired from teaching English at Westbrook High.
Theresa Adams, a certified School Administrator and Library Media Specialist, is Coordinator for Information Resource Services at Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), which serves 31 school districts north of the Capital Region in New York State.
Ann Thackeray works as a library media teacher at
Box Elder Middle School which serves over 1150 students in eighth and ninth grade in Brigham City, Utah and is president of the
Utah Educational Library Media Association.
