Education programs. Acton Elementary was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon

Clynch is a teacher of 7th and 8th grade reading at Harleton Junior
High (1st-12th grade readers) in northeast Texas. Harleton ISD was rated Exemplary
by TEA for 1999-2000 (TAAS scores) and earned special recognition in reading.
